How long does the request take to process?

The exchange is performed automatically and takes from 1 to 20 minutes after the payment is received on the request. The processing time may also depend on the exchange amount.

I paid for the application, but the money was not credited to my account.
Why?

There are several possible causes. To complete the exchange successfully, make sure that you have completed the following steps correctly::
